Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to oversee and review the analytical work produced by junior analysts at Naggar Analytics. This is a fully remote, part-time position. You will review completed analyses, provide expert feedback and guidance, ensure the quality and academic rigor of all deliverables, and advise junior analysts on methodology and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• ▹ Review and validate statistical analyses completed by junior analysts
• ▹ Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior team members on their work
• ▹ Ensure the accuracy, quality, and academic rigor of all project deliverables
• ▹ Advise on appropriate methodologies (regression, ANOVA, survival analysis, etc.) based on study objectives
• ▹ Review publication-ready reports, tables, and figures to ensure they meet journal standards
• ▹ Communicate complex statistical results clearly to non-technical clients when needed
• ▹ Uphold and enforce data confidentiality and analytical integrity standards

Requirements

• ▹ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
• ▹ 3+ years of hands-on experience in statistical analysis
• ▹ Proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, or equivalent tools
• ▹ Proven track record of handling research or academic data projects
• ▹ Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• ▹ Ability to review and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

• ◦ Experience with health, clinical, biomedical, or social science data
• ◦ Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis
• ◦ Prior experience in a supervisory, mentoring, or quality assurance role
• ◦ Published research or co-authored academic papers
